App does not save scans anymore. Lost previous recent scans.

The latest update of the app seems to be broken.

The app is now unusable.

I just noticed than scans are not saved anymore (at least we can't see the files).

My last saved scan is from October 11th. So all the scans I did after this date appear to be lost.

I am on iPad with the latest iPadOS update. I save all my files to my iPad. No cloud saving.

Urgent solution needed!

I have lost all of my scans, all of them! recently scanned my whole library. Over 150 documents took me 8 hours and today I open the app and everything is gone! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! I sure as hope someone from Adobe team answers this. No scans to be found in cloud.adobe.com as well...

To recap the situation for me on iPad with the latest updates for Adobe Scan and iPadOS:

  1. The Adobe Scan app shows "You don't have any scans" on a blank screen. Even though I have about 50 old scans saved. Even though I take a new scan, the app always shows an empty blank screen with the same message.
  2. I have found all my scans in Adobe Document Cloud, even the new ones I just made. And I could copy them to my iPad. So I haven't lost any document.

 

So it appears there's a problem with the Adobe Scan app on iPadOS: it does not display the list of scanned documents, even though it still scans and saves the documents correctly to Adobe Document Cloud.

By the way, the documents scanned with Adobe Scan are saved to Adobe Cloud Document which can be accessed from the Adobe Acrobat app or from a web browser at the address https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/.

Using iPhone 

iOS version is 13.1.3


OS was updated two days before 

 

App opens, but don't allow to save. While trying to save it crashes 

 

Installed the app again after removing it

 

App is not allowing to sign in with Adobe ID

I just reset my password on Adobe website, and now I don't see any file anymore!

All my previous scans seem to be lost: a blank screen on the app says "You don't have any scans".

If I try to scan a new document, it doesn't save it. Still the same message.

URGENT HELP NEEDED!

Where are my scans???

Hi, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are actively investigating the issue. Meanwhile, could you please try to logout, kill the Scan app, re-launch the app and log back in again?

So I just uninstalled the Scan app, and reinstalled it.

Now everything seems to be working fine again: I can see the list of previous scans as well as the new scan I just made for a test.
