Apps is broken since last release

I have been using the app for a while and since last version (18/01/22)  from yesterday it does not work. 
I am using it on an iphone OS15.1

I stored some important files so I do not want to try uninstall and re-installation process. Any chance this is due to the last release. Any solution?

Hi,

I've experienced the same issue. It stopped right while I was doing Vic an expense report for work. I tried to delete it and reinstall and it will not let me reinstall. If you have a tablet, download the app and login. It's working on my tablet which means I haven't lost any information as of yet. I think it's a software update with my phone. I'm running 15.2 and that didn't fix it either

Hi All,

 

Thanks for your patience and cooperation on this.

You may experience this issue while modifying scans and saving that has lots of pages in there that will excess memory usage. As a workaround, you may delete the Scan App and re-install it.
Note- Take a backup of all your scans before reinstalling the application to avoid any data loss. We're working internally to eliminate the root cause as soon as possible.

Hi, I am not able to reinstall the app.  It closes automatically when trying to open or download...

As mentioned that app doesn't work after the last release, Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Application version?

2. If possible, could you share a video of the issue?

3. As you said that it did not work, what exactly happens?

- newest (last) release (version 22.01.18)

- when I click on the apps.. it start opening then seems to close instantly (see attached video)
