Can I attain my recently deleted scans?

I hope you're doing great.

As per my understanding, you lost the files from the application and need help in restoring the documents. Adobe Scan saves the documents as PDF in the Adobe Document Cloud. You may check your saved files over here: -  

• Open the link Adobe Document Cloud.

Note: If you're not uploading the files to Adobe Document Cloud or saving them to any other location, the files will be deleted permanently. 

It isn't possible to retrieve the files once deleted directly from the application.
