Can't find my Scan files on my computers Cloud

Question

Hey,

Been using Adobe Scan on my Android and it shows as if it syncs all the files to my cloud.

Alas when I open my Adobe cloud on my computer there are no files in the "mobile creations", "cloud documents or the "synced files" .

Up until now I had to share the file from my phone to Google drive and only then download it to my computer.

Please help

Hi Edengil,

If you are trying to find the scanned files on Document Ckoud either using the browser or via the Acrobat/Reader desktop application, please make sure that you are signed-in to the account using the same credentails that are used for the Adobe Scan application on the Android device.

You can find you scanned PDFs on Document Cloud here https://documentcloud.adobe.com

Open the link and sign in using the email address you have used on the mobile deivce for the Adobe Scan application.

Then go to Files and scroll down the page right. Then select Adobe Scan folder from the list of options provided .

If you are looking for the Adobe Scan files in the Creative Cloud added on your Mac, you will not find them as the files do not sync with the Creative Cloud account.

By default the files get saved on the Adobe Document Cloud from the Adoce Scan application.

Let us know if you still not able to find the files on Document Cloud.
