When I try to share link to my scan the email never arrives. I've used this app for years and this has never happened

When I try to share link to my scan the email never arrives? You said, 'used this app for years and this has never happened' — a slight contradiction isn't it?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

As described, you are unable to share the link of the scans as the email never arrives? Would you mind sharing the steps you are taking to share the link of the Scan? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity?

 

What is the version of the Adobe Scan app and the OS you are using?  Tap on the profile icon > About Adobe Scan and try updating the Scan App to the latest version available on the App/Play Store and reboot the device once and see if that works.
