Change email

Hi Rubis,

Sorry for the delay in response.

When you sign in to Adobe Scan application, you use the Adobe ID and its password.

If you are using any other Adobe service under the same ID, the change in email address will occur for all the services under it.

So, there are two options that you can go for:

1. If you wish to change the email address just for the Adobe Scan application,

- Sign out of the Adobe Scan application.

- Once you get the Sign in page, select the option to Sign up.

- Then use the new email address and the password for the service.

-It will create a new Adobe ID for you with the new email address.

*Note: It will create a new Document Cloud account to save the files. You will not be able to access the documents saved on the older account from this application if you signed with the new email address.

However, you can access files anytime in the application or online here  https://cloud.acrobat.com/  by singing in with the old email address and password.

2. You can change the current Adobe ID, so it will change for all the services linked with it.

- Take help fo the steps mentioned under the headline "Change Adobe ID email address" in this Manage your Adobe ID account help document.

- Then you can use the new email address to sign in to your Adobe Scan application.
