files not uploading from adobe scan on mobile device to the cloud/desktop account

Hi, I have taken scans of documents using the Adobe Scan app on my phone, but they are not uploading to the cloud, I can't access them from my PC.

On the app there is a notification over the scanned document say waiting to upload...and there is a cloud with a strike through it. The option to open in Acrobat is unavailable, the option is visible but not highlighted for me to click on. 

I would appreciate any help with figuring this out.

You must have activate your internet while scanning any documents using this adobe scan app in order to upload the same file in cloud.

2nd. Must check your mobile device account and that with your PC signed in profile. These must be matched.

Let me know in of any concerns.

Hi, thank you for you reply to my query. 

I have used wifi and mobile data to try upload the scans and it works for neither.

I have checked what account I am logged in with and it is the same as my PC account.

I am still unable to upload scans from my phone to my PC, have you any other suggestions please for what I could try?
