Get error when scanning photos on the device

I cannot scan photos at the app. the message says: invalid file name. a file name cannot begin with a period or contain invalid characters. I'm using app adobe scan for iPhone and the error appears while opening the file. All files appear with this error. iOS 13.6.1 My iPhone is 11promax

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble you had.

 

Please try the steps as suggested below:

  • In the Adobe Scan application, click on the gear icon at the top left.
    Go to Preferences > Default filename
    Change the date format to MM-DD-YYYY
