How to change email client

Adobe Scan tries to send through Apple Mail. My default mail settings are Gmail, which is correct but it doesn't look like this carried through. I don't see anywhere in this app that allows us to choose the email client. How can we do this?

    Hi @Seb29,

     

    Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

     

    The Email client has to be switched using the iOS settings and Adobe Scan do not have any control over how the UI behaves.

    Yes that's the problem. It is set to gmail in the iOS but it's still sending through apple mail. Thoughts?

    Hi @Seb29,

     

    The last time I had this discussion with the dev team, there was a limitation on Apple's side which redirected the action call to Apple's Mail as default.

    However, let me check with the team again and get back to you.
