There is an app called "Adobe Scan" in addition to the Scan feature in Acrobat Reader for iPhone and iPad/Android.

Adobe Scan is a part of Adobe Reader, and it's a Mobile Application. You can download the Mobile app of Acrobat Reader from Play Store for Android and App Store for iOS.
