Just subscribed (adobe Scan monthly) and now it won’t open.

Hello. I have had the free version of Adobe Scan for quite a while. Today I decided to take out a monthly subscription so I could do more. For an hour or so it worked brilliantly and then it quit and won't open again.

@22689327 please try deleting the Adobe Scan app and then reinstall it. This should fix the crash issue that you are facing. Let us know if it helps!

That seems to have worked now! [I tried a few times today to follow the advice of Adobe Customer Support online chat but it didn't work and the chat just stopped.] i was about to give up and unsubscribe until I received your response. Thank you!
