Question

Option to immediately save scan not working

I was using one of the recent updates that allowed us to save and edit the scan immediately after snapping it. This feature worked for me for about a week, but then it reverted back to not allowing me to do that immediately. Does anyone have a resolution on this one?

Hi @Ptgrim457,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Adobe Scan you are using (go to Home-> Profile-> About Adobe Scan);

2. The iOS version of your device;

3. A screen recording of the workflow you are following and the error you see.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi,

1. I am using version 23.08.31

2. my iOS version is 16.6

3. Attached is a recording of my workflow. You will see that once AdobeScan captures the image that I want to convert into pdf, I am not given the ability to edit and save it on that same screen.

Hi @Ptgrim457,

Please update the application to the latest version and check again.

Also, in the the preferences, check that the option "Let me auto adjust borders after each scan" is disabled.

Let me know if this works for you.
