Dear Adobe Support Team,

 

I recently signed up for a free trial of an Adobe service, but an amount of ₹1500 was unexpectedly deducted from my account. As the intention was to explore the service under the free trial offer, I did not authorize this payment.

 

I kindly request you to review this transaction and initiate a refund of ₹1500 at the earliest. Please let me know if any additional details are needed from my end to process this request.

I have shared your details with our billing team internally. Once they cancel the plan and issue the refund, you will receive a confirmation email.
