Regarding clearing of internal storage

I am facing one problem with this app, and need to request the team if they could help me. All the scan data is stored in my phone's internal storage space consuming almost 20GB of storage and now my phone's internal storage is full. I tried so many ways to transfer the scanned data to my laptap, so that I could get the phone memory cleared but nothing worked. Kindly help in transferring the data and restoring the phone's Internal space.

Hi @anshu27707736g9tl,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Adobe Scan, by design, saves all your scans on to the Adobe Cloud storage. Whatever space taken on your internal storage is the temporary files created by the app so you can have access to your scans without having to go through the hassle of downloading them every time you log in.

What you can do is, go to your settings-> look for Adobe Scan and then clear the data. This will save you memory on your device.

**Note: Prior to removing data, please make sure checking on the online portal if your files are present there: https://acrobat.adobe.com.link.documents

Hope this helps.

Mr. Souvik,
Greetings of the day.

Thank you for addressing my concern and reverting back to me. I need to
acknowledge that the link you have shared is not working and an error is
encountered in my mobile phone as well as laptop, I will be thankful if you
could resolve or provide an alternate solution to this issue as well so
that I can assure that all the scanned files are available in the portal.
Kindly find the attached screenshot herewith.

Sincerely,
Anshu Sharma.
