Scan with flash gives black screen

Decent scans without flash, but it gives me a black screen when used with flash. What can I do with it?

Hi MattCalder,

As you have mentioned above, when you scan the document using the flash, the screen turns black.

Did you check if that happens every time you use the flash? Also, please check if you can take pictures from your phone camera using the flash.

You may try to sign out of the application and reboot the device once.

Also, make sure that the application is updated to latest version.

If the issue persists, please share the following details:

- Application version

- OS version on the device.
