Scans can’t be saved and accessed

I thought Adobe scan is included in creative cloud but the scans not saving to folder and shows i'm a random user than the paid account. It does not offer login but just asks to pay for Scan Premium

If you have a Creative Cloud All Apps subscription, it should work in the Adobe Scan application. Please ensure that you sign in using the correct email address. When signing in to the Adobe Scan application, use the Adobe ID option and manually enter the details. Ensure you use "personal profile" when signing in to the account.
