Hi Ferkando,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, when you print the scanned PDFs it censors the stamps, images, etc.

Could you please confirm the application you are using to print the PDFs?

Do this occur with all the PDFs or with some particular PDF?

Are you using the mobile application to print the PDF or the desktop application?

Please provide the information asked above.

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Hi! Well... It happens when I scan documents using the Adobe Scan app (for iPhone), and printing the result with Adobe Reader DC (desktop app)...

If I scan via CamScanner, and print it with Adobe Reader DC (desktop app) it all works fine...

That's why I think it's the AdobeScan app...

That's why I'm not scanning with Adobe Scan anymore... unless I can be teached how to deactivate this...

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Please excuse my lame english...

Would it be possible to share any sample file with us that you have scanned from Adobe Scan application?

We would like to check it on our end.

You may share the file using the steps mentioned here How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud.

Also, please share the details asked below:

- Make and model of the device

- Os version on mobile device and desktop

- Exact version of both the applications.

- Printer's make and model

We will be waiting for your response.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi
