Unable to share a copy of file via Outlook - Adobe Scan

New Apple iOS messed things up with Adobe Scan and now the ability to Share a Copy from the app via Outlook is gone. This pretty much renders the service useless as that's what I need it for. Any help? (PS. The new iOS update has messed up a TON of other functions as well in general, not just Adobe. Thanks Apple.....)

Our team contacted Microsoft and they confirmed that it is an Outlook bug.

The issue is not with the Adobe Scan application.

When attempting to "share a copy" through the iOS Outlook app, the loading icon is displayed but nothing happens. Any solutions to this?

    Hi I just uploaded to iOS 13 my issue is that I scan documents and then want to email a copy of them thru outlook it used to work fine then after the update when ido this I choose outlook but it won't open up. Outlook and adobe apps seem to work fine in every other way.

    Hi Brettp,

     

    You have mentioned above that when you try to send the scan as copy to an email attachment via outlook nothing works.

    Try once to sign out from the application and reboot the device. Check if that works.

     

    Please share the exact workflow you do to send the PDF via outlook.

    What is the current version of the application?

    Since updating to IOS 13 on my iphone7, Adobe Scanner will not email from the app. I just updated the IOS 13.1 with no success as well. Is it my email app or the scanner?
