Unable to share a copy of file via Outlook - Adobe Scan

New Apple iOS messed things up with Adobe Scan and now the ability to Share a Copy from the app via Outlook is gone. This pretty much renders the service useless as that's what I need it for. Any help? (PS. The new iOS update has messed up a TON of other functions as well in general, not just Adobe. Thanks Apple.....)

Hi I just uploaded to iOS 13 my issue is that I scan documents and then want to email a copy of them thru outlook it used to work fine then after the update when ido this I choose outlook but it won't open up. Outlook and adobe apps seem to work fine in every other way.

Hi Brettp,

 

You have mentioned above that when you try to send the scan as copy to an email attachment via outlook nothing works.

Try once to sign out from the application and reboot the device. Check if that works.

 

Please share the exact workflow you do to send the PDF via outlook.

What is the current version of the application?

Meenakshi- I tried signing out and rebooting my phone and it still will not allow me to send the scan via outlook. When you select outlook as the chosen method to send the copy, it briefly starts to work and then stops. Please find a solution!

Since updating to IOS 13 on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, Adobe Scanner will not email from the app. I just updated the IOS 13.1 with no success as well. Please help.

- Does this issue occur only with the iOS 13 version?

- Did you check if the issue occurs on the latest OS version released?

- Did you try any troubleshooting?

Check if re-installation helps. Make sure you sign out of the application first.

Signed out deleted the app and reinstalled adobe scanner again, logged in and out again. It still doesn’t email the PDF from the app.

The ability to send as an attachment to an email via mail or outlook has ceased working since I upgraded my phone to ios13 on an iPhone XR. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't solve it.

am using version 19.09.21 The issue has only arisen since my iOS updated to iOS13 last week. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice without success. I have just downloaded and installed iOS 13.1 tonight and the issue still has not resolved.
