Copy link and use in separate email?

New Here ,
May 22, 2021 May 22, 2021

Hi - is it possible to create a document to be signed, but instead of actually sending it within Adobe Sign, be able to copy the link and manually send it to the recipient?  I would like to include the signing link in service tickets that are used to renew our client agreements, so that the communication about actually signing is all within the ticket.

Thanks,

Lolen

Hi Lolen,

If you do not want to share the agreement via email, you can use the Web Form feature. This will generate a sharable link that you can later add to your ticket.

If you chose this option, please remember to disable the web form once you stop using it.
