How to enable agreements / signingUrls for API call?

when calling the "https://api.na1.echosign.com:443/api/rest/v5/agreements/{agreementId}/signingUrls" call getting below response.

{ "code": "PERMISSION_DENIED", "message": "The API caller does not have the permission to execute this operation" }

how to give the permission for this call?

ensure you have agreement_write with an account modifier first. (And ensure the requested access token has this)

Hi,

I created a free developer account for Adobe Sign but not able to create an application under Adobe Sign menu option. After accepting application name, it keeps on throwing an error of "Unhandled Exception". Appreciate your help on the same
