I had to deliver an xd link today, for a project of my company. Well i keep getting error when i try to update the link, and the link management page gives an internal server error. How can i solve this? I suppose it's not an error on my side. I can provide screenshots or details if needed.

Hi 

I'm trying to update links. all links, gives the same error code  55:63

files that I'm trying to create new links for them, gives error code 44:63

This started just now. worked well all day til now.

I've tried restarting my computer, but that didn't helped.

I can say that we have here stormy weather so there has been one power failure. (But not really sure that it has anything to do with it)

 

Will appreciate help as soon as possible

Hi there,

Yeah it happened this afternoon, probably after lunchtime still get the
same error codes and it won;t update. Does a 50% immediately and then
saying:

Something went wrong.

Learn More (Error 44:63)


Tried restarting computer, turning wifi on and off, uninstalling
re-installing, transferring my artboards to a new file and save it out.
Nothing works.


Any ideas what to do? I really need this link for work, I just started a
new job and it's not great this is happening now!

Hi! Don't worry, send images that your work is already done and send another images that contains messages that Adobe XD have problems, also in twitter are posting the same issue.

Unable to update shared links (both design and development) to prototypes on a very crucial and time-sensitive project. Also getting "Error 500: Internal Server Error" when trying to access my published work via Adobe cloud. REALLY bad timing for a crash, Adobe.

Mismo problema. Me sugiere crear un nuevo vínculo (cosa que no quiero, me gustaría mantener el ya existente). Igualmente aunque intente entrar en Administrar vínculos... me aparece un error 500. Imposible hacer nada!!!! Solución rápido por favor

Same problem. It suggests creating a new link (which I do not want, I would like to keep the existing one). Even if I try to enter Manage links ... I get an error 500. Impossible to do anything !!!! Quick fix please

Same thing here. If I try to create a link, the loader goes to 50% and the 44:63 error message pops out. I just opened a new file with a single artboard and a simple shape on it, but yet, I get the same error if I try to share the document. 

I just upgraded to the latest version of XD.

same here.
publish progress stops at 50% and drops an error even with a new file (connected to the internet via LAN cable).
I really hope that it's some kind of server issue which will be resolved soon.
