Community Highlight

What an amazing turnout in Las Vegas! With more than 65K registered attendees this year, we witnessed a vibrant gathering of exhibitors, fellow attendees, and partners from all corners of the world. The After Effects product team was there, alongside other talented Adobe teams, showcasing the latest and greatest After Effects features. Let's take a closer look at some of the highlights from the show.

Top troubleshooting topics from April 2023

Issue: Some of the users reported that After Effects crashes while using Roto Brush in Best Quality mode on macOS 13.

Status: With the Quality set to Standard instead of Best, After Effects works without any problem. Adobe is working with Apple to get this fixed.

Issue: Many users visited the thread concerning an issue where After Effects shows green preview when H.264 files are imported.

Status: The issue happened due to some issues with the Nvidia GPU driver. Nvidia and Adobe are working together and things are already looking better with driver version 531.x.
