There is Add button in the tutorial, it is missing in my file even in drop down menu. How to bring it?

Click on the Diamond Outlines layer first to activate it and then the options at the top, including the "Add" button you are looking for, should show up.

Right-click on the timeline column headers and reveal the A/V column or toggle it from the buttons at the bottom left. Yopu may want to read the online help on some basics.
