AE 2020 Crashing with a certain file

I have a template file for AE, I have multiple versions of it and they all crash. Some of my collegues are able to open the file but I am not. AE tries to open but then immediatly crashes. Any ideas?

Have you tried resetting After Effects?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled After Effects 2020 and 2021. It did not improve. The issue is very specific to this file. Other projects open up just fine. I read someone had a similar issue with an OBJ file and that could be my case but I have no way to open the file and delete unfortunately
