After effects 2021 doesn't open Media Encoder 2022 via dynamic link

Hi, again classic error I could not find the solution. I like older version becuase I use cinema4d r23 and newest verson causes errors.  

Any ideas how to fix that media encoder issue please? Media Encoder in not installed. Heh. What is this then? I reinstalled all apps and nothing helped.
