After Effects After Effects warning: Error parsing properties list from file "C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\AfterEffects\22.4\ModifiedWorkspaces\UserWorkspace_10.xml", It has been renamed to "UserWorkspace_10.xml.old" for backup. Proceeding.

 My main workspace is now not visible in the AE. How can I get it back?

You have to re-create your workspace layout from scratch. That is a bug. You may want to cconsider updating your AE to the latest version, as this has been fixed recently.
