Hi there,

Sorry to hear that. I checked the video recording and I can see that After Effects crashes while using Puppet Position Pin tool.

Which version of After Effects are you using?
As @Mo_Moolla suggested, please try resetting the preferences. You need to press the keys before you start the application and hold it till you get the dialogue box. It should work.
Have you tested the issue with a new project with different assets?

Hi! total system care is not working for me.
is there any other way?
I also already installed lower version of After Effects but it still crashes when I'm using Puppet pin tool.

It says autotracing and it will crash after 😞

What kind of windows do you use?
