After Effects not compatible with Mac Version

Hello,

I bought After Effects for a month but I cannot use it because of my Mac version (Mac OS X 10.9.5)

It says I should update my software to MAC OS Sierra or MAC OS High Sierra.

I'm not sure what to do? Is there a way to make it work with my version of Mac?

No, if After effects says it’s not compatible, it’s not compatible and requires you to upgrade.

You can however install an earlier version of after effects (down to CS6). So you probably will find a working version.

I move this from Adobe Creative Cloud​ to After Effects​ so that the Ae specialists can help best.

Well, it's still not working...

I've tried every single version of AE but still this message appears:

"You can’t use this version of the application “Adobe After Effects” with this version of OS X."

I can't seem to find an compatible AE with my Mac OS X 10.9.5

I'll try to contact Adobe to get a refund because I've already paid for it

I found it!! It's AE CS6 11.0.3!

Hello! I am unable to give you a direct Adobe link as they only provide a number of versions and not all of them; but I downloaded my version from this website. (I did a little research this website is safe and secure to use and it did work for me!) Happy editing (:
