After effects not responding when I try to open my project

Ok, I know there are multiple threads like this but I just cannot resolve my issue despite trying several things...
I have a project, I tried to open it and a white "opening project" window appears and the project doesn't respond. The after effects file has a premier pro project linked to it with dynamic link.

Here are things I tried:
1. Move after effects file to a different location, locate the file from the dynamic link: this have worked at first but no longer does

2. reinstall premier pro and after effects

3. delete them and use the creative cloud cleaner tool (it had a lot of failures)

4. so I reinstalled windows with formatting the drive.... and premiere and after effects reinstall

5. there was a post here who suggested shutting of premier and dynamic link in the task manager when after effects is frozen. This has worked but couldn't link my projects up again as it was no longer detecting premier pro being installed on my pc sometimes or other times not being able to reach dynamic link services

6. spent FIVE looooong hours with customer services on the online chat who just asked me to keep deleting and reinstalling after effects and premier pro 3 times, just in case it will fix it... I sent my file to him he tried to make a few changes, send the aepx file to try and import or open those but the program was still not responding... (after 5 hours of pain and suffering the guy from customer service disappeared without a sign)

7. tried on a different computer (mac) still no luck, it freezes the same way

Nothing worked and now my after effect file even if I force it open doesn't even show anything in the animation panel, not even the text I put on top etc.

The only thing I managed to do is to delete the dynamic links from my premier pro project and set up a new dynamic link to a new after effects file with loosing everything I've done there...

This is the third time this happened to me so all I can think of is that I'm doing something wrong.
I dynamic link the premier pro to after effects than I link that back the same way to premier to finish my edit there with the audio in a different sequence. Is that not the way I'm supposed to do it? First two times it happened I was working off a portable drive, this time it was on my main drive.

Here is my file if that helps:

Any ideas?

I opened your project and it's pretty simple but there are some very odd things about it. First, the comp frame size does not correspond to any known video standard. 5233 X 7846 is not only quite large but a video that is going to be compressed using any kind of MPEG interframe IBP system like h.264 can never have an odd number of pixels in the rows or columns. If your comp is this size it will be resized to the closest standard frame size, letterboxed and anything you have carefully lined up with the pixel grid will be shifted by a half pixel and softened.

Using Dynamic Link to generate a comp from a clip in Premiere Pro is an acceptable workflow. Unless you undo the create AE project from Selection in Premiere Pro, there is no need to do anything but save the AEP file. You don't have to import it again.

The file you shared opens just fine. There are missing assets so I have a lot of color bars, but the text layers animate. I did notice that you have scaled layer 6 to 140% and that's going to degrade the image.

I suggest that you move the PNG files to another folder, check them in Photoshop, and make sure they are RGB and not CMYK. Open the file without the images available and if it opens then it's an image problem, not an AE problem. Once the project is open, resize the comp to a standard frame size so YouTube and Vimeo don't re-compress it with a sledgehammer, verify your images are properly sized and that the color mode is correct, and try again.
