Hi there,
We're sorry for the issue and thanks for sharing the crash log. We got the logs analyzed and it seems like the report is not complete. Would you mind taking a look at this thread and share the crash log as mentioned here: FAQ: How to find After Effects crash logs on your computer?
Additionally, it is a good practice to check the permissions when any Adobe application gives an issue at start-up. Check out this article: Fixing permissions problem (slow startup)
