Aliment Issue

Question

I cannot understand this aliment issue. How can it be explained? Video is attached.

-Where as flayer menu shows "Left align text" text in graphic area is aligned to Right.

-Where as flayer menu shows "Rght align text" text in graphic area is aligned to Left.

The text is moving due to the anchor point being repositioned due to the justification you're choosing (and that it is point text). If you add a second line of text and add a single word, you will see that the justification is correct.

If you want to change the position of the text and not the justification, open the Align panel

If you want the text to remain in a certain area onscreen and to change the justification, change the box type to paragraph text/box text, then adjust the red outline on the text to keep the text contained.
