Alpha layer imports with skew within image borders

I have a problem with the after effects preview of alpha layers. When I try to import them the skew within the border of the footage. Does anyone have the same problem / knows the fix??? Wherever i search i can't find any fix.

 

The vlc preview gives a normal video of the file (.mov)

*purple is the background, stripes should resamble a single 3D object but got skewed bij after effects.

    Does it happen with all the media files? What's the source of the footage? Try transcoding it and then importing it into After Effects.

    Hey Nishu,

     

    No this does not happen to all media files. specificly the Alpha layers files. 

    This specific file was renderd from Blender as a FFmpeg QuickTime Animation Alpha.

    When i rerender it, it still has the same problem.
