Can't find 'handle' to drag to create an arc in Basic adobe animation tutorial

I'm following the 'animate a logo' tutorial in 'the basics' on aftereffects. I'm at the 'create complex movement through parenting' section. on 'realistic motion using position'. It's telling me to move the handle of the section position, but there is no handle to move. I'm trying everything I can but the handle is not there.
