Choppy Graph

 My graph somehow changed into this really choppy one how do I change it back like the auto reference one ?

I have no idea what property you are animating or what you are trying to accomplish. The entire animation is just about 25 frames long. You could just be seeing the individual value changes for each frame. 

 

Please give more details and let us know what property you are trying to edit and what you are trying to accomplish.
