Can you please tell me how I can continue tracking if the point I'm tracking is out of sight, but not by creating another tracking, but by continuing on the same track, so that I can then link it to one null?
In the screenshot I have shown which point is out of sight (number 1) and which one I want to continue tracking (number 2).
Somewhere I saw that there is a second track point to continue tracking, it's like if I add a checkbox for tracking Rotate and scale.
Thank you in advance, I hope you can help me with this)

I don't think a point out of the view can be tracked. You can explore Mocha for tracking. It has more specialised features for tracking than After Effects. Mocha is shipped within After Effects (Effects > Boris FX Mocha).

You can continue tracks in SynthEyes and mocha pro when using their advanced trackers, but not in AE. And just tracking two points is not going to provide good results one way of the other. If there were more points one could probably extrapolate the motion with an expression and compensate the parallax effect, but to be perfectly honest you probably get there quicker by just hand-animating whatever yoj are trying to pin on there. Good old manual match moving may even look better than a bad track.

Thanks for the answer, but in Mocha pro there is no such function as point tracking, there is only planar tracking, and this is not suitable for me, but I'm sure that the video tutorial video where you could continue to track a point that disappeared from view, using another point.
