Different colors showing on different browsers

An animated video I exported for a website background shows up perfectly on Chrome, however Opera and Safari are rendering the colors slightly differently, which means it doesn't blend with the website as intended. It's a web issue - not sure how to tackle it...?

 

Any advice?

Forget it. Will never work. You are wasting your time even trying to fix it. eitehr use a full BG video and or create different versions for different browsers with conditional CSS rules referncing different colors and images/ videos.
