Just to be clear, I was able to use 3D models a few months ago, without problems but now I can't.
Do I have the wrong settings? is my computer too weak? What could be the problem?

Thanks!

Hi default0jymub9t47ha,

Welcome to the community.

Do you have a dedicated GPU installed on your computer? If so, please check the drivers.

You should be able to turn the layers in 3D even if there is no dedicated GPU detected (performance would not be great). If you're trying to import 3D models (.obj or .glb) you'd need to have at least 4GB of dedicated VRAM and After Effects beta version installed.

Let us know if there are any other questions.

Thanks,

Nishu
