Hello

 

I tried to add a new file a new png serie in my file then after paying it I have a window error "...507 ::12...

I uninstalled After Effects and Media Encoder, I update my anti-virus, I disable my fire wall and vpn, I try to make a new composition with this png serie, but always the same error.

What can I do ?

Sorry for your issue. What's the source of the PNG files? Can you export them again from the app or use Photoshop or any other image editing app to see if that makes any difference?
