Error: Cached Preview needs more than 2 or frames to playback

Does anyone here have an answer?  CC 2021 has never NOT given me this error message. and ues, i've tried EVERYTHING and even bought new drives in hopes of getting rid of this constent error.  It is beyond annoying!

Could you share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)? Do you get this issue in multiple projects or in a particular one? Would you mind sharing the troubleshooting steps that you've tried already so that we don't suggest you to repeat them?
