gotoframe or GoToFrame or Go To Frame Is There an Expression or Script?

I would like to ad a go to frame command or script or expression in AE. Is there something I can use that will get me there?

 

In otherwords, I would like to go from frame 30 to frame 90. or, (in time) from 30 seconds to 90 seconds.

If you enable time remapping and apply a time remapping expression, you can manipulate time however you want. For example, this will skip from frame 30 to frame 90 and continue from there:

 

f = timeToFrames(time);
if (f > 30) f = 90 + f - 30;
framesToTime(f)
