I am a new person to After effects and while I was trying to add S_BlurMoCurves that appeared. What should I do? reinstall?

Perhaps this is an error caused to prevent piracy of plug-ins.

Well then as the error message says, you should try reinstalling or contacting the developer for help. Perhaps there's a log you can send to them that will help diagnose the issue.
