How can I keep a layer looping and have another layer loop once after saving it out as a GIF?

Can someone help me figure out how to keep an mp4 layer (background) looping, and have another layer with text expression loop once and that's it. My goal is to when I save it out as a GIF the background layer is looping and the text stop after one loop. Thanks!

The simplest option would be to set the loops in the MP4's footage interpretation. Otherwise you can always use time-remapping with a loopOut() expression or such....

I tried the time-remapping with a loopOut() expression and it won't let me select the expression layer to time-remapping. I'm about to try option 2 with the mp4 footage interpretation. Thanks again!
