Basic animation with a layer scaling and an expanding stroke/ glow, where the stroke is used as a track matte on a gradient that cycles through colors with Colorama or a simle Hue/ Saturation effect. This takes about 3 minutes to re-create.

thank you, im a complete noob to after effects. i can understand whats going on with the scaling and strokes, just dont know how to do it
