how do i fix After Effects error: An unspecified error has occured. (512) (25 :: 16)?

this problem occured when adding a shake preset.

my specs are:

i7 7700k, 2070 super, 16gb ram, 2tb hd and 1tb ssd.

my After Effects verison is 2023 and the version is 23.5

Can you do a screen recording of the issue so we can see all the repro steps, what your project/comp looks like, etc.

I've also moved this over to the discussion forums as there are more people here than the bugs forums who may be able to help.
