how do i get rid of this pop up ?

just downloaded the trial version of Ae

once opened, a pop up window keeps poping up.

able to open files but still this window keeps appearing, not able to to do anything.

when the window is closed, the application seems to think it is time to quit and 

asks if the file would like to be saved. 

any solution to this matter will be appreciated.
