Scene: Bedroom night environment

Now i added candles to the room but i want to lighten up the area just next to candles. Is there a way to override that area around the candle in image with a yellow color glow?

Thanks for help

This could be as simple as a yellow solid with feathered masks and the blend mode set to screen. It could be as complicated as a couple of 3rd party plugins and some camera or surface tracking. Here's a day for night composite that still has the neon, other windows, theater marquis, and a bunch of other effects to be added but I did the string of lights and the streetlight with a bunch of duplicates of Lens Flare and the Add blend mode, then put a colored solid with a feathered mask above that to get the fall off from the streetlight. Here are all the modified properties on the Light Glow layer and the modified properties of the first lens flare instance for the streetlight.

Sometimes the most efficient thing to do is just a blend mode.

You could also make the layer 3d and add one ambient light and yellow spot lights by your candles.

It would have been a good idea for you to upload some screenshot, but based on what I read, I think what you need is to use masks and start playing with Color Correction / Lumetri Color found in the Effects menu.

Create masks
