How to create SHAREABLE Psuedo Effects

Is there a way to share pseudo effects solely as a preset or do you need to share the XML file as well in order for the effect to work properly?

I've saved and shared several of my pseudo effects as presets, however, when I share them they are unusable on other computers. I've attached the error message that results. (both computers are using After Effects CC v16.0.1)
