I am trying to create this type of Particles using trapcode Plugin but I am not able to create these if anyone know. Please share me the process to make such particles

It's a simple directional emitter. Not sure what more you need to know here. I suggest you actually start watching tutorials on particular and al lthat stuff. There's literally thousands of them out there.

I assume you're talking about the fountain looking ones, not the blocks?
