how to fix or import a bad format or not readable AEP project ?

After i have finished all the project i found that my laptop is very slow so i saved the aftereffects project to don't lose my work and restarted my laptop so when i tried to open the after effects file to export the project this message has appeared to me , my laptop is dell windows 10 and i have tried importing it in a new project but unfortunately same message appeared , can anyone help me please ?
